A deposit of 25% is required within one week of making a reservation of the holiday let. All bookings must be fully paid at least one month prior to arrival to our Luxury Holiday Accommodation or at the time of making a reservation in the event that the booking is less than one month away. Bookings made directly with the owners can be paid by bank transfer – please ask for our details if this is your preferred payment method. Unfortunately we are currently unable to take payment by credit or debit card. Bookings made through a third party booking site should follow the instructions at the time of reserving.

Bookings for the self catering cottage are not confirmed until a confirmation has been received from Woodside Steading.

Cancellations are free of charge up to 2 weeks before your arrival. Cancellations after this are fully payable unless we are able to re-let.
